Villa Vanowen is a 64-unit new construction, 100% permanent supportive housing project for homeless/chronically homeless individuals with modern amenities and robust on-site supportive services. Construction began in June 2023 and completed in July 2025. Villa Vanowen was funded by Measure HHH through the City of Los Angeles and No Place Like Home through the County of Los Angeles

Amenities include a community room, outdoor grilling area, case management offices, rooftop deck and onsite laundry. Vanowen received LEED certification.
